17.One good news from the north after another from the south

　
　　　In the morning when I get up, I saw some magpies flying passing my courtyard, they are ringing above my head with happiness. I am thinking: Is there good news?
　　　On entering the office, the telephone was ringing incessantly. A Sichuan old woman called me, she said: "Dr. Mo, I have a good news for you, my daughter gave birth to a child!"
　　　Her daughter, Xiaoyan, 38 years old, got married eight years but unfertilized. She had the laparoscopy in the affiliated hospital of West China Medical University and the result was bilateral tubal obstruction.
