Microsoft Company
1. Madam Wu, 34 years old, married in July 1997, visited on October 8, 2002.
Chief complaint: married for 5 years without kids.
History of illness: In 1998, fifty days of pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, and then unfertilized. Menstruation normal. The hydrotubation in a local hospital reported that her fallopian tube was unobstructed. Exploratory curettage: ovulation normal. It was doubtful that her egg quality was good in quality.
Diagnosis: secondary infertility.
On April 30, 2005, the patient’s mother called and informed me that with my treatment, her daughter gave birth to a girl and the baby was very healthy.

2. Madam Xu, 38 years old, married on October 14, 1986, visited on January 8, 2000.
Chief complaint: married for 14 years without kids.
History of illness: 1986-1994 contraception with tools.  In December 1997, 3 months of pregnancy, embryo damage, uterine curetlage. In June 1996, she had test-tube baby but failed. Her follicular development was good, the dominant follicle was visible. (The abortion occurred in 3rd week of pregnancy.) Menstruation: menarche at the age of 12, regular menstruation every 30-33 days, lasting four days each time, medium level in quantity, red in color, leucorrhea normal. In 1997, she had the fallopian tube lipiodolography and the report was that both side tubes were unobstructed. B ultrasonic examination: uterine size normal and form normal.
Diagnosis: embryo damage with unknown reasons.
On June 9, 2003, her parents informed me that she had a smooth delivery and the baby girl was well developed.

3. Madam Xing, 40 years old, married in December, 1984, visited on November 10, 1995.
Chief complaint: married for 11 years without kids.
History of illness: in 1998, more than forty days of pregnancy, induced abortion. In 1995, more than fifty days of pregnancy, spontaneous abortion. Then, she took herbal Danggui Yimucao Decoction, and she was now in relatively good health. Menstruation: menarche at the age of 14, regular menstruation every 30-33 days, medium level in quantity, red in color, after induced abortion her menstruation became less in quantity, light in color, and with blood clots. In 1993-1994, she took the traditional Chinese medicine for 3 months with a purpose to regulate menstruation for promoting conception.
Diagnosis: abortion with the reason to be investigated.
On April 24, 1998, her mother called and told me that she gave birth to a twins on March 19, 1998, and the babies were in good health.

4. Madam Zheng, 40 years old, married in 1985, visited on February 4, 1997.
Chief complaint: married for 12 years, without pregnancy in recent 7 years.
History of illness: in 1986, a eutocia to a daughter, now in good health. After that, she used to have pregnancy for 3 times, but all natural abortions. Menstruation: menarche at the age of 15, regular menstruation every 30 days, medium level in quantity, red in color, leucorrhea normal. Uterine size and form normal, adnexa normal.
Diagnosis: 1. secondary infertility; 2. abortion with the reason to be investigated.
On January 13, 1998, she called and told me that she was pregnancy after medication of my herbal treatment.

Chief complaint: married for 13 years, without pregnancy in recent 3 years.
History of illness: in 1983, eutocia to a boy. In January 1984, 2 months of pregnancy, artificial abortion. In August 1987, 2 months of pregnancy, artificial abortion. In August 1992, 2 months of pregnancy, a small amount of vaginal bleeding, uterine curetlage. Thereafter, she was not able to get pregnancy. Menstruation: menarche at the age of 14, regular menstruation every 28-32 days, lasting 5-7 days each time, medium level in quantity, red in color, leucorrhea in large quantity. Examination of hydrotubation: oviduct unobstructed but not completely. Gynecological examination: cervical erosion (Degree II)
Diagnosis: 1. secondary infertility; 2. one side of fallopian tube obstruction; 3. cervical erosion
She gave birth to a healthy girl on March 6, 2006.

New Jersey
6. Madam Han, 40 years old, married in May 1995, visited on December 4, 1997.
Chief complaint: married for two years without pregnancy.
History of illness: in September 1995, 5 months of pregnancy, embryo damage, uterine curetlage. Thereafter, she was not able to get pregnancy again. Menstruation: menarche at the age of 14, regular menstruation every 28 days, lasting 5 days each time, medium level in quantity, red in color, since 1995 after uterine curettage, menstruation became less in quantity, light colored, lasting 2 days each time, leucorrhea less in quantity, seldom yellowish. In August 1996, the examination of endocrine system: corpus luteum insufficiency, western medicine treatment for 4 months. In August 1997, the hysterosalpingography: fallopian tubes unobstructed.
Diagnosis: secondary infertility (little menstrual flow).
After 3 months’treatment, she was pregnancy in April 1998.

Chief complaint: married for ten years, history of ectopic pregnancy.
History of illness: in 1993, the first child died young at eight years old by accident. In April 1994, 2 months of pregnancy, spontaneous abortion. In May 1995, the right fallopian tube resection because of ectopic pregnancy through laparoscopic operation. The left fallopian tube normal. A lower abdomen dull pain and low back pain after operation. Menstruation: menarche at the age of 14, regular menstruation every 28-30 days, lasting 5 days each time, medium level in quantity, red in color. Leucorrhoea normal.
Diagnosis: 1. ectopic pregnancy history; 2. left side salpingitis, right side tubectomy.
After herbal treatment from my clinic, she was pregnancy in March 1996.

Florida
8. Madam Gan, 31 years old, married in October, 1990, visited on June 15, 1998.
Chief complaint: married for eight years without pregnancy.
History of illness: regular menstruation every 40-50 days, lasting 5-6 days each time, medium level in quantity, red in color. B ultrasonic examination: uterine size normal and form normal, adnexa normal, without dominant follicles. Hysterosalpingography: the right fallopian tube obstructed, the left unobstructed.
Diagnosis: 1. primary infertility; 2. the right fallopian tube obstruction.
On April 25, 1999, the mother of the patient called and told me that her daughter got pregnancy after 2 months’treatment with my herbal medicines.

9. Madam Dai, 39 years old, visited on December 5, 2001.
In July 1997, she got pregnancy after 4 months’ treatment from me, and had a eutocia to a healthy girl. She wanted to have a second baby, so she asked for treatment again.
